Frequently asked questions.
How many Etsy shops can I connect?
It depends on the plan: 2 shops on Starter, 5 on Growth and 10 on Pro. On Pro you can go up to 25 shops at $5 per extra shop per month. There is no limit on the number of listings.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts free for 14 days with the Growth plan's limits, and no credit card is required. When the trial ends, you choose the plan you want.
What happens if I exceed my limit or downgrade my plan?
Nothing existing is cut off or deleted; only adding new items is blocked. When you downgrade, you choose which shops fall outside the limit, and those become read-only.
Do I have to give you my Etsy password?
No. You authorize each shop on Etsy's own sign-in page, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Can I reply to Etsy messages from the panel?
No. Etsy's public API does not offer messaging, and we only use official API features.
Will scheduled listings really publish on time?
Scheduled publishing runs on our servers with automatic retries, and it is designed so the same listing is never published twice.
When can I start using it?
The product is in development. Join the waitlist and we'll invite users in small groups.
